This tank of a Vanner is trained to ride and drive. He is now 6 years old and is out of Windwalker’s Memory Maker “Maggie” –she was the imported black mare that was recently auctioned. Clononeen Poitin x The Rose

Cordelia Rose is heir to Rose. Cordelia is very like her mother. At at least 18 years of age, Rose does not have many foals left in her. Therefore we were pleased to obtain a filly of Cordelia’s quality. Cordelia is also by an under-utilized stallion (in our opinion) and one we value highly. Like her sibling SFG Summer Rose, who is possibly the most valuable Gypsy in the U.S. at present, Cordelia sets a standard for the breed. Note we said“a” standard of the breed. Whereas Summer conformationally is almost textbook perfect, Cordelia is a Gypsy more suited for performance. She certainly meets the standard of the breed, but she possesses longer forearms than Summer and, in our opinion, more perfect balance.

Could it get any better than this filly???? Feather covering her hooves, a pleasant disposition paired with a nice short back and superb breeding. She is sired by none other than Guthrie’s Hershey out of our heavy imported driving mare, Lenka. She has basic training: leads, good for farrier and vet.
